Pricing

• The Truck owner/Truck provider is given a provision to quote his/her expectation on basis of either kilometres or tonnage basis or point-to-point.
• The same will be displayed to the load provider when he/she selects a particular truck.
• If the load provider is convinced with the pricing he/she can request for truck or continue the search for a truck with better price and required directions.
• The load provider has to pay a minimum percentage of the total freight amount in advance to confirm the booking and rest of the payment should be dealt between both the parties(Load provider/owner & Truck provider/owner).
• The Cargo/Load provider is liable to complete the balance payments if any, to Truck owner/provider on completion of the trip.
• GST Invoice raised by Wayside utilities pvt ltd will Only be on service charges/fee charged.
• Applicable taxes ( TDS / GST ) Will be charged as per government norms.
• The liability of GST & other Taxes if any on the transport charges should be Borne/Paid by either the Transporter or The Cargo provider depending on their registration status and the type of invoice issued by the transporter.
